5th anniversary of St Magnus bells

All SRCY members are especially welcome to join in this celebration

Monday 3rd March 2014 is the 5th anniversary of the consecration of St Magnus bells. In celebration, there will be a choral evensong held at the church at 6:30pm, with general ringing at 5:45pm (with a service touch by an invited band at 6:15pm). The Ringers’ Choir that normally leads the Advent Carol Service each year will be joining the St Magnus choir to create a wall of sound for this choral event (Dyson in D and Bairstow “Blessed City Heavenly Salem”). Afterwards, there will be a gathering at The Banker, 2 Cousin Lane, EC4R 3TE on Upper Thames Street under Cannon Street Bridge, where we have our area booked in the attractive part that overlooks the river.
