The AGM and October Business Meeting will be held in the upstairs bar of the Savoy Tap, 2 Savoy St, London WC2R 0BA at 4:30pm on Saturday 7th October 2023.
The meeting will be a hybrid format with a zoom link for those who are unable to be there in person. Members please login to register in advance if you intend to join virtually.
There will be peal attempts in the morning, and general ringing at St Andrew's Holborn from 3pm to 4pm. The Savoy Tap is just west of Aldwych and is around 20 minutes walk from St Andrew"s, or a bus ride away. The nearest tube is Temple.
Following the meeting we can continue socialising in the upstairs room which is booked for us all evening. There is a good variety of ales, wine and other beverages.
While the kitchen is not open at the moment, we are welcome to bring in takeaway and eat there. The Savoy Tap is just off the Strand, with plenty of takeaways nearby. Franco Manca Aldwych, 1-5 Catherine Street, London WC2B 5JZ is just 2 minutes away with a good variety of Pizza and Salad; there is Greek and Indian around the corner in Bedford St and plenty more in close proximity.
