Not The Dinner Day 2015
Not the dinner day has become a real highlight in the SRCY calendar for many and on 7th February 2015, it was curry time again!
With peal successes at Limehouse, Cree, Spitalfields and Shoreditch during the day thirsty Cumberlands arrived in force at the Pride of Spitalfields, to kick the evening off. 7:30pm came all too quickly, calling time to move on to the restaurant. The venue had all the tell tale signs of a classic brick lane curry house. The beer came from the shop next door, the food came out of a door marked toilets and the manager didn't seem to know what we were supposed to be eating. We knew this was going to be good! and we were not disappointed. A really top evening of socialising was enjoyed by all and proved an excellent opportunity to catch up with old friends. Some, who had time, retired once again to the Pride along with others who didn't…. but came anyway!
Thanks to everyone involved in organising this super day, can't wait for next years.
